Ah sleep, glorious sleep we all love it, but could we love it so much that we are addicted? I was thinking about ironically as I was going to sleep a few nights ago and this is what my weird brain popped up
- You get withdrawal after 7-10 hours
- you need it every night to keep going
- if you don't get sleep you get withdrawn symptoms
- yawning
- tiredness
- iritibility
- lack of concentration
I'm not criticizing sleep in fact I love I just find it funny how alike the symptoms are to something dangerous....
